Fitness: Basic health and fitness is required as we have hill roads to travel and walking is involved in this tour.
Altitude: We will be traveling in the high altitude while in Sela Pass, Tawang and Bumla Pass. Basic physical fitness helps you to acclimate. Also pranayam and Rhythmic walking will help your lungs to prepare for this tour.

Bumla Pass (Indo-China Border) visit
Is applicable for Indian Nationals only. However, the day permit is issued by the Indian Army which is subject to the local situations.
Health Advisory
Sela Pass, which is enroute Tawang is at 13,700 ft. and Bumla Pass is 15,200 ft.
These areas have low oxygen and may cause High altitude sickness, nausea, shortness of breath etc.
Notes on travel :
Travel duration is longer than the regular roads.
Due to the heavy presence of the Army, these remote areas feel approachable and safe.
