Day 1: Guwahati – Chandubi | Distance: 60 km | Ride: 2 hrs
Highlights: Gentle escape from the city to the tranquil Chandubi Lake.
An easy ride to get comfortable with your bike and the journey ahead.
Terrain: Flat, well-paved roads. Easy cruising.
Day 2: Chandubi – Nongstoin | Distance: 130 km | Ride: 4 hrs
Highlights: The real adventure begins with a climb into the Khasi Hills.
Navigate winding mountain roads and scenic forests.
Terrain: Winding mountain roads, paved roads.
Day 3: Mawphlang – Siju | Distance: 200 km | Ride: 7 hrs
Highlights: A challenging, full-day ride across diverse landscapes to the remote village of Siju, famous for its limestone caves. This is the long riding day throght the curvy roads of the hill ranges.
Terrain: Long stretches of varied terrain, well paved roads.
Day 4: Siju – Wari Chora – Siju | Distance: 50 km | Ride: 4 hrs
Highlights: A 1 hr offroading drive followed by a trek to Wari Chora, a unique river canyon.
A day to rest from long-distance riding and explore the local natural wonders.
Terrain: Short ride on rough, unpaved roads.
Day 5: Siju – Nishangram – Kasumari | Distance: 100 km | Ride: 3 hrs
Highlights: Descend from the hills and enjoy a smooth ride back to the plains.
The journey takes you through open stretches and rural landscapes, ending at the peaceful eco-camps of Nishangram.
Terrain: Mostly smooth, open roads with a mix of descent and flat terrain.
Day 6: Nishangram – Guwahati | Distance: 110 km | Ride: 3 hrs
Highlights: The final leg of the journey, a steady and straightforward ride back to Guwahati.
Reflect on your adventure as you return to the city.
Terrain: Flat, well-paved roads with increasing traffic as you approach the city.
