Hornbill Festival is known as the Festival of festivals.
This is one of the grandest festivals that Nagaland brings to life, uniting all 17 Tribes.

This is the time when you see Naga culture flourishing in its full glory.
You can also witness folk performances, tribal Morong (representations of tribal community houses), a bamboo pavilion showcasing art and craft, and a farmers' market. Of course, you'll have the opportunity to savor Naga cuisine.

We've included additional experiences and destinations to enhance your journey. Like Majuli Island excusrion in Central Assam, Tea estate Stay at Jorhat, Jeep Safari at Kaziranga National Park.

  • Dec 1: Kaziranga - Jorhat (100 km / 3 hr)
  • Dec 2: Majuli Day excursion - Jorhat 
  • Dec 3: Jorhat - Gibbon - Kigwema (210 km / 6 hr)
  • Dec 4: Kisama / Hornbill Fest
  • Dec 5: Kohima - Khonoma - Kigwema  (100 km / 5 hr)
  • Dec 6: Dimapur drop (90 km / 3 hr) fly out / Train to Guwahati / Tour end
